This week, we asked the Vistaprint Internet Marketing Facebook community what the top benefit was to having a website, and we received a number of wonderful responses–and websites!

Although it was difficult to narrow to just one, this week’s winner is Border Cakes and Cupcakes, a website submitted by Nicola Scott. Read more…

Websites We Love: Capturing The Moment

Websites We Love: Capturing The Moment

This week, we received almost 200 Website We Love submissions…which made it very difficult to choose just one site to feature here on our blog, and on Facebook! We asked the Vistaprint Internet Marketing Facebook community why, in one word, they loved their website. This week’s Website We Love winner, Julie Pearson, said that her site, Julie Pearson Photography, was artistic. And we agree! Read more…

Websites We Love: A Unique Boutique

This week, we received a HUGE number of Website We Love entries! It was, as usual, very difficult to choose just one site to feature here on our blog, and on Facebook. We asked our Internet Marketing community on Facebook why we should choose their site as a Website We Love, and the responses were great–so were the websites! But, we had to select one. This week, Amarie’s Boutique comes out on top! Read more…

Websites We Love: Follow Your Passion

Websites We Love: Follow Your Passion

Earlier this week, we asked our Vistaprint Internet Marketing Facebook community what industry their small business was in, and why they started their website. We received so many inspiring responses, it was (as usual) very difficult to choose just one website to feature here on our blog, and on Facebook. Ultimately, we were impressed with Sharon-Denise Taylor’s website, Taylor Made HandSpun Yarns. The self-proclaimed “yarn queen” wrote about how she started her website to “build [her] new business selling and teaching spinning.” Read more…

Websites We Love: Keeping It Sweet

Websites We Love: Keeping It Sweet

Each week, we ask the Vistaprint Internet Marketing Facebook community to submit their websites so we can highlight one here on our blog, and also on our Facebook page. This week, we asked what one thing made their websites stand out from the rest. And the responses we received this week were, as usual, plentiful. With so many great websites, it’s always difficult for us to choose just one to feature for Websites We Love! Last week, a bakery for dogs won, and this week, a bakery for humans, Sweet Etcetera, takes the cake! Read more…

Websites We Love: New Exposure

Websites We Love: New Exposure

This week’s Website We Love question revolved around goals. Specifically, we asked the Vistaprint Internet Marketing Facebook community about ONE goal that they’ve accomplished thanks to having a website. We received so many inspirational responses it was very difficult to just choose one website to feature here, on our blog, and on our Facebook page. With that said, the winning site this week is With Love Barkery, who credited their website with giving them new exposure beyond Facebook. Read more…

Websites We Love: A Reflection

This week’s edition of Websites We Love is all about just that–love. Specifically, we wondered what our Internet Marketing community on Facebook loves about their Websites.

As usual, our team had a tough decision selecting a winner, as we received a number of great submissions. But we had to choose one! This week, our winning site comes from Anne Thietje-Pantoja, who says that she loves her website because it’s a clear representation of her business.”It’s a great reflection of who we are as a business,” she says. “[It's] quirky, fun, and stylish!” And she makes a great point: One thing that really makes a website shine is when it’s a true extension of a business.

We were especially impressed with the site’s Custom Products page, which showcases unique picture designs customers can order, as well as the site’s Events/Specials page, which features not only upcoming events, but also a coupon for customers visiting the site, which is a great incentive! The About Us page was also impressive, as it gives visitors a behind-the-scenes story of The Laurel Tree, and insight into the personalities behind the business.

Congrats on a great site, Anne!
