Earlier today, we asked our Facebook community how they keep themselves motivated to run their business.
Unlike many of our Micro Business Tips Thursday queries where the community offers varying answers, today we had a similar statement from our fans: Love what you do.
So with that we have to ask – do you love what you do, or are you motivated by something else?

Agree with previous comment. I enjoy running my business because I enjoy being creative and I like making things. I expect to continue enjoying those things, but if I found in the future I know longer enjoyed them, I'd stop running the business, definitely.
I'd say there's another word almost as importnat as 'love', which is fun. I find running abusiness is fun - I wouldn't feel that about working for a corporation.

LikeI absolutely think this is true. Even if you don't love every aspect of the daily grind, it's important to love your mission, your goal, etc. It can be easy to say you love what you do for the salary or benefits, but that ultimately will lead to unhappiness.
