Thanks for the great links! I agree, the 5 success tips from entrepreneurs was an excellent article. I particularly enjoy "hire your weaknesses." It can be pretty hard to admit our weaknesses to ourselves, but to an entire company, when you're trying to hire someone? That certainly takes some bravery and insight.
