True social media is a great marketing tool but stats don't make money or recurring business. However, if a business really wants to engage their customers 24/7 they need a true mobile web/app with built in text messaging not just a mobile website. A mobile web/app from MYAPPTGO.COM will make a business stand out and allow the business to engage their customers unlike before.

Even if a business uses a mass email campaign or text message service they still have limited views and attraction. When you have a businesses mobile web/app on your phone you can see right away whats going, get content, see images or video. A mobile web/app from MYAPPTOGO.COM works on all smartphone platforms and no APP store required. This is a huge cost saving and value to businesses.

I spend a lot of my time on Facebook. I post daily deals, I post interesting articles, I post info on how to "go green" and help the environment, how to upcycle, how to make one thing work for something unrelated, craft blogs, national projects, national groups and organizations. I post probably on average between 3-5 links a day on my own personal Facebook page. I also have a LMT Facebook page for my business which I strictly post health related or environment related links. I have posted to multiple other pages that are also related to massage therapy. And I've continued the idea by posting to local businesses pages and getting involved in their status questions and updates. Once I can fully understand Twitter, I think I will also move on to use Twitter to its fullest extent!

christina.pertz thanks for commenting Christina, sounds like you have a very active social footprint. Have you been able to drive business or referrals directly through facebook or social media?

Actually I just started doing business, as in this past month. So I don't necessarily have any progress to show for the business side of things. However, I know my daily posts, the random articles or deals, do get clicked on by my friends and the even wider scope of people I am connected with on Facebook that aren't necessarily my friends, yet we are "friended". Its all about privacy options!

Also, the reason I know they are clicked on is the amount of likes and comments I get, plus messages and wall posts when people thank me for posting links to interesting articles and daily deals that can be received by anyone, not just local people.

I've been reading about Twitter, it sounds like just my style. It seems like something I could easily get started with and do on the go, if I ever upgrade to a smartphone!
